Shipping policy

 

All items are shipped with Australia Post.

 

IMPORTANT: Orders are dispatched only on Mondays & Fridays. Please consider this. 

 

1. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? 

Once you have selected your preferred shipping option and submitted your order the cost will be automatically calculated and will appear on the shopping page. This occurs before the request for payment and is affected by factors such as the weight and size of your order, as well as your location and chosen shipping method. 2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? 

The time your order takes to reach you depends upon the shipping method you select.

a) Within Australia

Standard (AusPost) 1-8 working days
Express (AusPost) 1-4 working days 

b) Rest Of The World (currently not shipping Internationally)

International Air Mail (AusPost) 5-20 working days

All overseas orders are sent by international airmail. Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, which will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices. Efficiency varies depending on the destination country - sometimes delivery can be very quick, sometimes less so. International Customs can also hold up a package, sometimes for no apparent reason, and in these cases there's not a lot we can do to speed things up.

 

3. IMPORT TAXES/DUTY FEES FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS (currently not shipping Internationally)

For International orders, duty fees and charges can be applied by the country of destination. Import duties and taxes are applied by the respective import customs office and are the responsibility of the receiver. These are dependent on the import regulations of the receiver's country.
